Wilson Bank & Trust will be holding its second annual teacher supply pick up day on Saturday.

A press release from Wilson Bank & Trust invites local teachers to visit any branch of Wilson Bank and Trust this Saturday and present a valid school ID to receive free bags of school supplies.

Classroom teachers in need of additional school supplies are encouraged to pick up a free bag between 8 a.m. and noon. The supplies were donated by local office and community members.

“This year we are happy to announce we surpassed our donation goal, so we’ll be able to help even more teachers in our communities provide the essentials without spending from their own pockets,” John McDearman, the President of WBT said.

Supplies can be picked up at the Lebanon (Main Office), N Mt. Juliet Rd, Gladeville and Watertown branches in Wilson County, or the Hartsville branch in Trousdale County, as well as at other branches in surrounding counties.
