We are all one color in God's eyes

The news media seems to always report racial division amongst the American people. It appears to be instigated by anti-America groups whose agenda is to tear apart this nation. Racism is the most common form of prejudice today, But, nowhere in the Bible will you find the word "race" used to described the division of mankind. We may vary according to our nationality, land, language or family, but we are a single race, human.

The Bible describes all human beings as being of "one blood" (Acts 17:26). This emphasizes that we are all related, descendants from the first man, Adam, and the mother of all living, Eve. This Biblical teaching was confirmed when scientists mapped the human genome around the year 2000. They confirmed that genetically we're all one race.

We're all different shades of God's creation. All have been made in the image of God. (Genesis 1:27).

We all have a brown pigment in our skin called melanin. This is what makes us the shade of color that we are. Some people have a lot of melanin and they would be very dark; some people don't have as much melanin, they would be lighter. We all do have the same type of skin color, it is just that the amount of melanin (brown color) differs from person to person. Actuality, no human really is "black" or "white." There are not different colors but different shades of one basic color, brown

The color of your skin is simply containers in which the real you rides around in. Your skin color has nothing to do with what kind of person you become.

I pray that we all stop judging by skin color, but instead look at the content of one's character. We all belong to one race, the human race, equal in value before God our Creator.
