Playing only one game in the week leading up to the Ladies Tournament Championship hosted by the University School of Nashville, the White House Lady Blue Devils soccer team hosted district foe Cheatham County Cubs, rolling to a 6-0 win.

The Cubs, coming off of a demoralizing 7-0 defeat to West Creek in previous action, were no match for the constant possession-based attack of the Lady Devils.

White House came out swinging early in the district matchup with all six goals coming in the first half versus. Goals were scored by Alyssa Armstrong, Jordan Townsend, Kate Carney (2), and Kayla Norman (2).

The Lady Devils led 6-0 at the break.

The second half was much of the same as White House played the majority of the final 40 minutes in Cheatham County territory, putting on an impressive passing display.

The game ended with the White House Lady Blue Devils improving to 6-3 on the season.

White House will play again tonight in the Ladies Tournament Championship facing the host University School of Nashville Tigers before getting another shot at the Clarksville Northeast Eagles and then the LaVergne Wolverines with the tournament finishing on Saturday.
